This is one of our widely used pricing model where it mitigates the risks of ambiguity and frequent changes in project scope and timelines. Managed Services

In this engagement model, Xove takes the full accountability of executing the projects/functions focused on managing SLAs and KPIs across projects, applications, infrastructure and IT operations. This model shifts the risk from Clientà Xove,, controls the cost and focus on core business goals. Other benefits includes getting the access to all Xove’s domain and technology experts, shielding client’s business from productivity loss and taking off the work load from clients staff. This model became popular now a days as the client will get the payback in the form of penalties if the outcome SLAs/KPIs are not met.

Managed Capacity

In this model, we allow the customer to buy a certain quantity of person-hours or person-days from Xove at a pre-negotiated Band/Tier wise rate. Client can use Xove’s services in all combinations that suits their specific needs and still be within budget.

This model is effective when the project outcome is more definite but the path to the closing end is prone to changes. If the nature of work, skills, or capabilities required to deliver the pre-decided outcome are likely to change, or if different kinds of skills are required at various phases of a multi-phase project but you’re not quite sure when, how, or how much, then this Model is very much suitable for you.

Fix.Bid

The fixed-price model works best for small projects with limited scope, clear requirements, no unknowns, time and effort required can be accurately estimated.

The expectations are agreed at the beginning of the engagement and there should be minimal/no changes throughout the engagement. This enables clients to tightly control the budget while availing the benefits of Xove’s Global talent pool, processes and tools.
